Aluminium is one of the most thermally efficient material for radiator construction, offering:

  • 290% greater conductivity than mild steel: AAluminium transfers heat 290% faster than mild steel (which is what most radiators are made of).
  • Rust-Proof: Unlike steel radiators that are prone to corrosion, aluminium is naturally rust-proof, eliminating the risk of internal degradation and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Sustainable: We source high-quality aluminium locally (in Huddersfield), reducing carbon emissions and environmental impact compared to imported mild steel.
  • Zinc-Coated Screws for Longevity: Standard fasteners can fuse with aluminium over time, making maintenance difficult. Our zinc-coated screws prevent this, ensuring easy disassembly for repairs or part replacements.

By placing a dedicated front panel in front of the heat core, the NEOS channels all 14 convection flutes to the front, maximising airflow into the room. Unlike standard electric radiators that split heat to the back.

Serpentine Convection: 1 Point

The patented dimpled back panel creates a snake-like (serpentine) airflow pattern, causing air to rise and travel a longer distance in contact with the heating core. This extended contact time produces warmer air, so your room heats up faster.

Cool-wall Technology: 1 Point

The small holes at the tip of each back panel dimple draw latent cold air into the radiator. This helps reduces heat from being lost behind the radiator, directing heat that would normally escape into the back wall back into the room instead.
